Welcome 2019-2020 SCHS Students and Parents!

hi! for those of you who don't know me, i'm dammie fontenot.  that's "dammie," pronounced like "jamie."  yes, i am the only english teacher who doesn't use caps!  i know, i know.....

 

i teach english I and II, speech, and non-athletic pe.  i have been teaching at south cameron for 8 years and plan on staying for a while. i am laid back and down to earth.  i love the students and most of them feel very comfortable with me.  i also love technology and teach my classes via google classrooms.  i am looking forward to a great year and hope that you will email me with any questions or concerns.
